Well Polished Returns Policy

We take a lot of pride in the quality of the products we stock and take upmost care in storing and packaging them. We are happy to say, we have had very few returns due to fault with a product.

If you do believe a product you have purchased is faulty or damaged we will happily replace the item free of charge upon return of the faulty item. 

If you do feel you have an item that needs to be returned please email info@wellpolished.co.nz prior to sending. Any returns must be sent to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to accept returns due to having a change of mind or incorrect ordering, so please choose carefully. 

The products we stock are for professionals that have been trained in using them. We do not accept returns based on not being familar with the products.
